Ludis - Smart Apparel Technology is a product specifically designed to cater to an individual's physical performance. Ludis has come a long way, starting from an idea and transforming it into a prototype.

Primary research was conducted to identify the positioning of the Ludis product in the current sports apparel market, as wells as the testing of EMG sensor technology. (Click on this link to view primary research)

After the primary research, I was able to define the product specifications. Ludis is smart leggings that incorporate EMG Sensors to provide the user with information that will assist with the user’s training. Our product is comprised of a fabric that is form fitting to the user that will consist of materials such as Polyester and Spandex. The three sensor features we are providing for the users are the EMG sensors which track the muscle activity of the user, the accelerometer which gives the user information of how fast they are accelerating, and lastly, we have the gyroscope to help the user correct their form when they are doing an exercise.  
The product specifications allowed me to create a rendering of the leggings and the user interface of the product. In addition, 
conducting a patent search allowed me to determine if there was an area of opportunity to differentiate Ludis from the competitive landscape.

Once I was able to identify a potential approach to our narrow patent, I formed a business model canvas, financial forecast, and rough prototype to analyze the realistic measures needed to launch Ludis Smart Apparel Technology.
